How can I trust it?!?! (Chicken breast in MFP)

I have been tracking on and off for years using MyFitnessPal. I would say in the past couple of months I have gotten a lot more serious about tracking accurately, and weighing and measuring pretty much everything I eat. With how much time I put into this, I have been seriously frustrated with the variation in numbers...

Just an example, I have been eating a shit ton of boneless skinless chicken breast. I was tracking it at 110 cals for 4 oz (as listed under "Kroger boneless skinless chicken breast") but then I was reading an article that mentioned it at a higher number, and went back to MFP and saw the huuuge range of numbers, all for the same item. Different macros too of course. What does one do? It feels pointless to spend all this time/energy when I may be getting it wrong anyway.
