Hello losers,
Oh, I'm late late late like the rabbit, please do pardon me! Day 11!
Weigh in & log weight once a week, Thursday mornings: Forgot this morning, I will grab it tomorrow morning.
2000 calories a day (lose two pounds this month): On it today!
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): Rest day. Too many rest days in a row. 7/11 days.
Finish one section (year) per week: I’m closing in on my first section. I did the hard parts first so hopefully that’ll keep me going. I didn’t clear anytime for this over the weekend but I'll make sure I catch up this week. X/4 years.
Today's gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for the modern conveniences I sometimes take for granted. Also my family of choice.
Random to do list item I want to conquer today: I don’t need to accomplish anything else today. Sometimes I focus too much on doing versus being.
