5'7" woman. is 125lbs attainable/healthy?

Hello all!!

I'm 21. For most of my adolescent life I've been around 125lbs. Enter summer 2022. I developed a ravenous appetite out of nowhere and put on 20lbs. I don't even know how it happened. But now I feel like a stranger in my own body. My muscle definition is gone and I never get compliments on my figure anymore which is something that somewhat matters to me.

Is it realistic or even healthy to want to return to this weight? I know I can do it with hard work but if it's unhealthy then I'll just give it up.

I just want to feel like I have a rocking body again.

Edit: I just realized this weight gain completely coincides with my having begun to drink excessively.....
