weight loss with a disability

if there is a post on this elsewhere that also has some great responses I'd love to see them- but for me I (19m) have a disability that leaves me in a wheelchair. It's gotten hard to track weight- but I'd say I'm about 200-210 lbs currently, and I have been really wanting to lose weight. I've done some research online, but the vast majority of things I've seen about weight loss with a disability, especially exercise wise, doesn't work for me. My condition is muscular, and as such I can't lift my arms up much at all, and can't support weight on my legs. I'm not looking for a huge huge change, but I would love some advice on where the best place to even start is. I'm guessing diet- I'm heading off to college again soon and planning to stick to some pretty strict foods, but if there is any more opinions y'all have I would love to hear it. (or if there are any questions you have for me as well- this is a new thing I really want to go after so if I can answer anything as well let me know!) Thanks for reading :)
