Day 21, losers! Sunday funday! Meal prep & chores are a go!
Weigh in & log weight once a week, Thursday mornings: Got it this week.
2000 calories a day (lose two pounds this month): On it today!
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): Walk & vigorous cleaning & chores. I like this pattern on a weekend. 15/20 days.
Finish one section (year) per week: Working on it meow. 2/4 years.
Today's gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for quiet time & all the local places I have access to, for free, for beautiful walks.
Random to do list item I want to conquer today: I still want a long bath after a face, hair & possibly foot mask. Finish my meal prep. I’m trying the Beyond Meat ground stuff in some crock pot chili.
