Just an update from the post I made a week ago.

I am so, so thankful for everyone's advice. For people who didn't see or don't remember, I am a 15 year old trying to lose weight. I started at 221lbs in early June and am currently sitting at 205lbs. Sure, I wish it could go faster, but this is the fastest, and safest it can go.

Using everyone's advice of eating and exercising, I actually broke my plateau, which was extremely exciting. I've been exercising for 30-60 minutes every day, drinking protein shakes and eating an absolutely wild amount of salmon lol, and its all thanks to this group. There is still a long road ahead as I want to get to 180lbs, but I am going to try my best.

I think my only problem is that I'm not exactly following any sort of exercise schedule. I just exercise when I feel like it, regardless of whether I ate before or not. I feel like this is hindering me, but I also feel like the fun of exercising is that feeling of control I get, and in my experience, doimg something fun and then putting it into a routine makes it no longer fun, but busy work. I feel like I am getting in my own way, but I also don't know if I wanna start scheduling.

Another problem might be that I don't really have a lot to do, I moved hours away from all my friends, and attend online school, so pretty much every second I'm not exercising or eating I am sitting in my chair for very long periods of time, and I feel like that might come back to bite me.

That's all, just wanted to give and update and voice my worries.
