I’ve wanted to go to the gym for more than 3 years but I’m terrified. I think I’ve got anxiety but I haven’t gone to the doctor about it because of the tedious process and (ironically) I feel anxious going to them about it 🙄.
But I wanna know how did some of you deal with (“extreme”) gym anxiety? The idea of going to my local gym and possibly seeing people I know makes me wanna throw up in embarrassment.
