I am currently 160lbs and in the process of losing weight (i think my highest was about 175 lbs). as i previously gained weight fast, then lost it, then gained it back fast, i have been left with a hanging lower belly (FUPA as the internet says!). in some parts of my stomach i am smaller, but it’s just the hang at the bottom! i was wondering if anyone else struggled with this when they were losing weight, and if so, how could i help it so i don’t have sagging skin/ a hanging belly once i lose more weight? any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
