I’m getting a bit bored with my usual walks, video workout routines, rowing machine and this morning I ended up just putting on an ‘80s dance station and dancing like crazy for 30 minutes. I was surprised that my Fitbit recorded as much calorie burn as my regular workout. Maybe I’m overthinking all these regimented routines. Anybody else just free dance as their form of exercise and have you found success?
