I went into my Fitbit to log some food and noticed that I had burned less calories than I usually do. I ignored it bc it was early in the morning, but now it's 7pm and I'm still at less than 900 calories! I also noticed that my heart rate is on the low side for me (49-50bpm, I'm a retired college athlete who has been working out hard recently), so that may be the cause of it. It's just frustrating that I put so much work into losing weight and changing my diet only for my body to do this to me. Honestly, I just need some advice or encouragement because this was really discouraging.
