Hello, I'm an overweight woman looking for some workout ideas that won't push me too hard while starting out. I'm 5'5 and 225lbs looking to lose at least 45lbs but eventually hoping to get down to 160lbs. I've been dieting and exercising for about 3 weeks now but so far just walking around my neighborbood with my dog and lifting 5 to 10lb dumbbells. Can you guys recommend some other forms of exercise to add to my routine. Right now I can't exactly jump around and do much cardio but any ideas are appreciated. Thank you!
