Everyday I go to work I take my lunch time and go to the gym around the corner. I workout for a good 40 mins. Take a progress pic to send to my husband. And then head back to work like nothing happened. Weekends are rest days and don't count to the 100. 100 workout days with 2 days already down. I'm not doing this to lose weight, I'm not doing this go get stronger. I'm doing this is for my brain. My ADHD, depression and anxiety aren't gonna know what hit em!!!!
I'm committing to this not just for me but we want kids in the near future and they deserve a mama who takes care of herself and her mind. They deserve to grow up strong and healthy and I know I have to be an example for them.
