Hello losers,
Day 19 and a Friday to boot!
Weigh in & log weight once a week, Thursday mornings: Got it this morning!
2000 calories a day (lose two pounds this month): On it today, not sure what’s going on for dinner.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): Long walk & some chores! 13/19 days.
Finish one section (year) per week: I’m keeping some time clear on Sunday to get some more of this done. 2/4 years.
Today's gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for seasonal produce & sunshine & good friends.
Random to do list item I want to conquer today: Already nailed it, ordered some needed household items & a mini backpack. Better for me than a giant purse & will hopefully encourage me to tote about with less stuff. It’s shaped like a coffin & says “I’m dead on the inside” because, well, yeah. This is what happens when you don’t get to have your Goth phase in highschool kids. I kid. A little. Who doesn’t want to be Wednesday Addams?
