tips for getting out of a binge cycle

*i apologize for bad grammar im not good at english but keep in mind im trying my best*

i can feel myself losing control and slipping into old habits... im really scared to gain the weight i lost back but i cant stop eating... i can eat 2 180g bags of potato chips and multiple whole chocolate bars in one sitting... some days i completely starve myself but other days i have 0 restraint and eat everything in sight. ive managed to maintain a weight between 120-130lbs (im 5'5) from intermittent fasting but im terrified of getting back to my highest weight

can anyone give me any tips on how to stop these cravings?
