Over the course of around 7 months or so I’ve managed to lose around 2 stone (28 pounds/ 12kg). I’ve been consistently hitting the gym for last 3 months or so and I’ve been loving it! About a month or so ago I started lifting much more free weights and incorporating a lot of heavy lifting into my routine. However since then, my weight loss has very dramatically plateaued. I’ve had to go back to tracking my calories just to make sure I’m definitely in a caloric deficit, but I’m still not losing weight. I am aware you can obviously gain muscle mass, but I’ve found it really hard to judge how much I’m putting on, or if there’s something I’m not doing right. Anyone got any tips or suggestions?
