What workouts can I do with a lower back injury?

Edit: Ok, ok I will listen to my doctor and rest. If anything I could go for a walk. Thanks everyone!

Any advice is welcome, even if the advice is don't work out. Post got removed from /r/fitness so asking here.

I'm feeling a little low as I haven't worked out in since Tuesday after I injured my back. Doctor gave me oxys so I'm spending Friday night high and alone as I can't go out with the injury. Ruptured disc in my lower back. I just finished work and there's nothing more I want than to lift.

My mobility is pretty scuffed. I'm ok standing up but bending over and sitting kills. Can't really raise my legs much either. What I learned in the past 30 minutes from curls: working out on opiates is a damn experience. And no, I do not recommend it.

My doctor specifically said don't exercise until I see my physiotherapist but that isn't for a while. So I just want to ask for anyone who has had experience with such things, are there any exercises I can do that will have absolutely no impact on the back? I have adjustable dumbbells and a reclining bench. I was thinking anything laying down. Thought I'd ask here as lower back injuries are fairly common.
