What do you do on days when you feel like a bottomless pit?

5’3 F CW 130 GW 115 currently eating 1200 calories a day. Most days I’m fine with that. A lot of days I barely even think about it. I set my food in my calorie counting app, weigh my food, eat on schedule, and call it a day.

Today? I feel like a bottomless pit of hunger—like I can’t stop thinking about food. How do you cope on days that it just doesn’t feel like enough, no matter the motivation and good habits? I know we all have them, whether it’s from stress or lack of sleep or just our bodies being assholes. I just finished dinner and I’m trying to resist eating three oatmeal creme pies, and it feels like Little Debbie is for sure going to win.
