Hello wonderful losers!
Day 16. Snow again. This is why it’s always too early to put the sweaters away.
Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remind self that it’s a number not a self-worth estimate: Got it this morning. 16/16 days.
1800-2000 calories a day, two pounds to lose this month: On it today. Planned a little indulgence in my calorie goal. Loving that CICO life. 11/13 days.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): Stationary bike & some arm strength work. 12/16 days.
Writing project and/or journaling -1,666 words a day: Digital tappy tap today. I would like to journal a bit before bed.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for a widening professional network & fajita veggies. Good heavens do I enjoy some sautéed bell peppers.
Express intention (day, week, month or moment): I intend to find more joy in my body. It’s been a bit of a struggle lately & I want to reclaim it.
Respond to y’all one day a week: Managed to chat with y’all at least once a week so far! I’m reading all of y’alls comments most days too. Keep being awesome.
