It could be more from the last I checked, Checking the scale tomorrow! Trying to only check it every 3 days. I started eating way healthier and it helped me lose 10x faster, No joke. I was good with workouts but still had things like chips and eating out. I cut those out. I will keep track of what I eat whenever I go out. Calorie counting has been working for me but only a little afraid of losing too quickly? Is it safe at my weight? I drop 2 lbs in a day when I’m counting.
I went back to the gym last Friday and planning to go 3x a week! Felt so much better after. I also do workouts at home 3-5x a week with Caroline Girvan. (Mentioned her before) I’m aiming 5 days because of her programs and I will start my 10 weeks tomorrow! There will be rest days, Thursday & Saturday, So I will use them and occasionally switch my rest days as needed so I don’t burn myself out.
I have way more hope now that I can lose another 10 lbs and reach my first goal of 250! I’m planning a Disney cruise & Disney World trip (two of them actually) so I’d like to reach that goal before then. I was 260 lbs when I went to Disney World last January and I looked amazing at the parks!! Can’t wait to go back!!
