Day 18! Friday & boy am I glad to see the weekend.
Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remind self that it’s a number not a self-worth estimate: Got it this morning. 18/18 days.
1800-2000 calories a day, two pounds to lose this month: On it today. 12/14 days.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): 30 minute lunch walk & 30 minute stationary bike. 13/18 days.
Writing project and/or journaling -1,666 words a day: Lists today!
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for access to mental healthcare. Yes, again. Had one of those therapy sessions last night that will be quotable for all my life.
Express intention (day, week, month or moment): I intend to find more joy in my body. It’s been a bit of a struggle lately & I want to reclaim it. I’m saying it again because it wasn’t so much a success the first try. Still trying! Looking for some sensory grounding exercises if you all have any ideas.
