I especially want to hear from people who started in the obese range and have kept the weight off. But I'd still like to hear from everyone else.
For context, I am a trans man, I've been on testosterone for the last 7 years. I'm currently 5' 7" and 270 pounds. I have more time than most people, since I only need to work part time.
I'd love to put in as much time as possible, but I do know that I also need to give my body time to rest. So I want to hear what you all have found works.
