When i started dieting in September it was coming off really fast but now its slowed to 2 Lbs a week and I'm finding it hard to not be discouraged instead of proud.I know there's nothing left to do but stick to it, and 2 lbs is a good amount, but im not really looking forward to dieting for another 12 months.I just wanna share where im at rn, I know there are probably others here that can relate.If anyone has tips they would like to share or questions I'd be happy to hear them ty for taking your time to read this.
