Help needed with adjusting diet

Hi!

I'm 19 years old 5'8 132 lbs guy who needs help with adjusting my diet.

I've weighted 170 - 180 lbs pretty much trought my whole life since I've been like ~10 years old.

Though I loved eating and just recently learned what hunger really "means" (I thought till I was 17 that hunger is when you're not full to bursting) I was always excelling physically in comparison to kids my age even when I was before all growth stages and final growth spurt so it was not a problem to anyone since I was active, fast and strong.

After I turned 18 my activity level dropped a lot. I was still helping my parents with carrying semi-heavy stuff few times a day, chopping wood + some walking but that's it about consistent daily activity...

So, over time my build started to change to more skinny fattish due to less muscle-involving activity with same eating habits of divorcing anything in sight.

I started eating 1000 caloroies a day when I was around ~180 lbs and realized that I lose muscles but keep on getting slowly heavier and heavier - even tho my weight didnt change this much yet I was already looking much worse than in any point in my life when I was 180 lbs (skinny arms, no more any muscle definiton on chest, arms nor abs)

I dropped to 132 lbs and I started hearing comments from people that I look like im about to die (they pointed out that something is not okay about my eyes,my shoulders, legs and arms are non-existing) and today when I tried to train I almost fainted (I felt that im about to puke, then weird feeling in head and after that my legs started to give up althought I was feeling good just 15 seconds ago)

So, how many calories I should consume? Like I said im relatively sedentary or at least just goofing around but I would love to still keep on losing weight while being able to train.

TL;DRI dropped 40-50 lbs in about ~10 weeks with 1000 calorie diet.People started being concerned about the way I look and not long after that I realized Im no longer capable of doing even light workout without collapsing and I need help with diet that will still let me to lose weight and train.
