I've been eating 2500 calories or less every day for the past 2 months. I weigh once per week and was losing 3lbs per week up until the past two weeks. It's been 17 days and the number on the scale is moving up. I was 446 a few days ago - now I'm 454. I use MyFitnessPal and am very careful to keep my calories in check. I eat mostly the same foods consistently, so it's been easy and straightforward.
Has anyone else gone weeks without losing anything, and perhaps even gained, despite being in a deficit?
