I hope your Monday was wonderful! One full week into March. Crazy how fast this year is going!
Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remind self that it’s a number not a self-worth estimate: Got it this morning! 7/7 days.
1800-2000 calories a day, two pounds to lose this month: Planned maintenance day. 5/5 days.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): Rest day. A lot of kitchen time tonight 4/7 days.
Writing project and/or journaling -1,666 words a day: Not much today.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for good company & celebrating with good company.
Express intention (day, week, month or moment): I intend to rest well tonight & hit the ground running tomorrow.
Respond to y’all one day a week: Attempted three times this week, doing ok!
