First weigh in, numbers gone up?

I am new to weight loss so please bare the stupid questions lol.

I did my first weekly weigh in, and the numbers on the scale have risen an extra 2 pounds?! I have been on a calorie deficit + diet restricting myself to 1500-1800 calories a day (I’m 16 stone, 6ft 18M) Along with daily walks and strength training

I feel really discouraged, I’m pushing myself enough as it is, I can’t go harder than this. I am definitely counting my calories right, I know I am, I use Nutri-Coach to count my calories. Is this normal, or am i doing something wrong?
