What were your experiences when you first started working out?

Fourth week on my journey- morbidly obese, about 80lbs to go.

Naturally I went for an overly ambitious 7 days a week 30 mins of either 1) a CV activity (walking or cycling) or 2) flexibility-ish stuff (yoga) with some sneaky upper body strength thrown in.

I’m a morning person by nature so I workout before work starts

…Naturally, after 4 weeks I’m just about managing 3 days a week. Because my body, and in some ways my mind are Fatigued as Fudge!

I believe my body is just adjusting. And I imagine it will get easier over time. But I’m interested in how did you find building up your exercise-time, over time?
