Please suggest mindset changes(please)

My aunt is fat and I'm fat too, was fat as a kid too. Our personalities are completely different but I used to really like her as a kid because she is fun and she has always liked me. But since around last year(when I started exercising) I have felt resentful towards her because of certain things she has said and my inability to let go for some reason.

First, she criticised my exercising because "it would do nothing if you don't do it in the morning." This was annoying because a) I was not exercising to lose weight and I was trying very hard not to associate these two things, b) what does she know about exercising, she's one of those people who have accepted being fat as "a part of them" instead of just a physical and biological description(?), so I've never heard her talk about trying to lose weight or anything. She has diabetes and whiiines when we beg her not to eat sweets(and sneaks sweets). Her health is pretty bad overall.

Then I lost some(considerable) weight and idk I got bad vibes when she came to visit.

Then due to many reasons, I put like half the weight back on and she said to me, "You look nice now, don't lose weight so we can look like each other." She has gone on to say I'm like her and I look like her (I have no problem looking like her except I look nothing like her.. except that we're both fat. There's a similar thing going on with her sister and my sister always being compared to each other because they're both thin. My sister hates it too.) It's just I feel sooo angry and sooo resentful. I think I'm scared I will end up like her, and putting that weight back on didn't help.

Now she's coming to visit and it's stressing me out. She's pretty nice and I don't want to be so bitter and resentful. I'm on edge because she might say something like that again and it always makes me disproportionately upset. Like being told you're gonna die.
