16M, 5'10 - 5'11, around 180 pounds.
I'm skinny fat and apparently I need to workout alongside my caloric deficit, so which workouts should I do? All I know are pushups, squats and sit-ups. I'm not looking to build a super muscular physique, my goal is only to get rid of my stomach, and obtain a regular skinny physique (of course, I wouldn't mind some muscles). I can't use even the smallest of equipment due to living circumstances, so no equipment would be preferred. Thanks.
