Struggling to lose weight as a shift worker

Hi all! I’m at the beginning of my weight loss journey and I work both day shift and night shift. I switch from nights to days without a consistent rotation. I’m trying to eat less than 1500 calories/day. I work out 2 times a week with a trainer plus try to incorporate 1 hour of vigorous physical activity daily. This has been manageable when working day shift. Now I am scheduled on a stretch of nights. I am having a really hard time figuring out when or what to eat. I also struggle to keep active and find time to workout. Any shift workers have advice for me? What times do you eat at? What foods give you energy and keep you satiated? I feel like this is all so much harder now but I’m tired of being overweight.
