A guide to eliminate trigger foods

I sometimes notice that certain food trigger my bloating. I'll admit I have been too lazy to take the time to figure out what/ how to control etc. Also, I just feel like there is SO much information out there that its difficult to figure out where or how to start. It seems like every food group from brocolli to beans to milk can trigger stomach issues. Is there an easy guide/vlog that will give me the basics and a method to figure out the triggers? I also read somewhere that its important to do some cleanse before figuring out the triggers..and I don't know where to SAFELY and HEALTHILY start.
