Reflecting on a few issues here.
I'm a 22 5'11" guy. For some time now I have had sexual "issues" (less desire, small amounts of produce), stomach issues, slower body hair growth and greater water retention (I'm talking insane amounts. I gained 15lbs in weight the other day - it was still there the next day maybe a pound less. It's much lower now.) Plus some brain fog etc

From my understanding this is possibly due to my hormones/cortisol etc.
2 weeks ago I ate at maintenance or more, for a very short time. And during that period I felt much better than I do right now. But I was scared off because I thought I'd never see my abs if I kept it up.. starting to think it's not even worth it to get abs any more (but the stories I hear.. I must have them!)
So, does it sound like I should be eating maintenance? And how long?
