I've been extremely frustrated by what appears to be stubborn lower belly fat. Three months ago, I weighed 187 lbs., but as of today I weigh 172 lbs., but the lower belly fat is still there and I'm starting to wonder if it's a combination of belly fat and bad posture (anterior pelvic tilt?).

My lower belly just keeps poking out, despite the fact that I'm feeling pretty fit otherwise. I've been going to the gym three days a week, eating healthy, and eating at a calorie deficit the past 3 months and dropped alot of weight.
I'm 6'1", and I feel like 172 lbs is considered pretty skinny for this height. At this rate, I feel like I need to drop down to 165 to lose the belly fat, but that just seems extreme for someone my height. I would ideally like to be around a healthy 175-180 lbs.
Should I just keep cutting and working out? What's going on here and how do I get to a weight of 175-180 lbs. while losing the belly?
