I fondly remember wrapping a towel around me after a shower, knotting it in the corner, and then walking around with my hands free. Since I gained this weight, however, I'm usually holding the towel around me, with a corner overlapping and the rest swinging wide bc it won't close around me.
Today, I realized that... the edges of my towel touch - and not just where I grab the corner to hold it together. I can't knot it up yet, but the edges of the towel meet and cover me down my side. This has been one of my huge pet peeves about putting on this weight, honestly, as silly as it may sound. I'm thrilled to see such a huge difference in my body in only 1 month. And 13 lbs which doesn't seem like a whole lot, but it's made a huge difference in how I look and fit into my clothes.
(This is after 1 month of Phentermine and intermittent fasting. When I eat, it's keto (for years now). No exercise bc I have rheumatoid arthritis and a number of other health conditions and just generally feel like crap all the time.)
