My name is Xavier, i’m 18 and i’ve been struggling with weight since a kid and since i’ve gotten older i wanna be able to manage it and need advice to help me lose weight, i was originally 310 pounds and got to 260 but gained it back due to just being depressed and anxious but i gained it back fast due to the fact with way i lost the weight was a crash diet so i basically wasn’t losing it at a healthy pace and don’t wanna try that method again because i don’t wanna crash then gain it back just looking for advice since i’m really not that educated on what’s healthy and what’s not or on how to lose the weight i currently weigh 300. any help appreciated thanks!
