Hello, so I have been dieting for a while now and I have lost about 15lbs. I have been noticing a difference in my pants falling off my butt where as they used to dig in a bit. I am so happy to be seeing progress outside of the scale and it has really encouraged me to keep going in my weight-loss. I know its not a big milestone, but I have tried and failed many times before. My SW was 255 and currently I'm down to 240. I really just wanted to share my progress and I really think maybe the 20th time is the charm in my case.
As a kid and teen I was always fit and so dieting has been so hard and I feel hungry often. My body is adjusting to the calorie deficit and I am actually getting fuller faster so I am hopeful that soon I'll stop feeling hungry. I really haven't changed much in what I eat. I still eat things like fast food or pizza, but I am aware of what I am eating and how many calories that is. Over time I will continue to change what I eat but for now I don't want to change too much at once and honestly it's the best I have ever done.
