looking for advice for petite woman

i’m 27f 5’2” sw: 125 lbs. cw: 115 lbs. I do cycle about 3-4x week for 30 mins and i just started doing pilates 30 mins 3-4x week. my goal weight is closer to 110/107 lbs. i know it may seem very low but i have a very small frame and honestly i look way more normal when i’m around 110. but i’m having a very very hard time getting below 115. i lost the majority of my weight when i was eating 1200 cals and then i took a break and now i’m trying again to keep it around 1300 since i am working out. i guess i was just wondering if there were any other petite women out there that have found things that worked for them? i have gotten down to 113 the lowest but i couldn’t stay at the weight i kept gaining it back and ending up around 116. i just want to look/ feel really lean and maintain it. i feel so much better in my clothing when i’m at the lower weight.
