Looking for accountability

After what feels like 1000 false starts (losing a bit of weight only to put it back on again), I've realised I need some kind of accountability. Is this the kind of place I could post weekly progress?

I'm currently 163kg and feel limited by my weight. I can't run anymore or play sports. I still love walking and can do a half day of manual work (yard work or house renovations) for exercise. I want to get to 150kg by the time I start a new job in February 2022. But I really want to get back to 120kg so I can play basketball and run again.

The plan is 16:8 intermittent fasting, lowering my processed food intake and increasing exercise. Advise welcome.

I'll post again next Monday with a progress report.
