Im not overweight but Im not skinny/lean and no matter what I do I'll lose weight but I cant get lean. Im 5'4 female 118lbs and I look very fat and soft. Ive been working all year doing "everything right" accourding to science and have had zero results. Apart from that I've also been trying to be skinny my entire life and it just doesnt happen. I had a personal trainer consultation and explained my goals to them and my situation and they said they couldnt help me cux exercise wasnt what I needed and that I should see a nutrisionist/dietcian.
Im really confussed about this because I really dont think theres some sort of diet out there that will magically make me lose all my fat. I know that they costumize the diet for you but still it seems unrealistic that a random diet will work when cico hasnt.
So was anyone here find that a dietician was actually able to make a differenece when it comes to losing fat?
