Hello, I hope this is the right place for this post. I am 27, and have gained about 70 lbs in the last 1.5 years or so. After three surgeries and a pituitary diagnosis my physical health became a good bit worse. I’ve finally got a good doctor finally and started on some medication to keep my depression better. However, I’m the type of person motivated by results I can see. I often go thru phases of being motivated and then not seeing results and then just slowing down a lot. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and walk with my dog, but since August I’ve only lost about 9 lbs. Its hard to stay motivated to do better when I don’t have the drive from seeing results. Any advice or small things I could add to my daily routine to help?
