so, i decided to start working out around a week ago due to me finally getting tired of the way i’ve looked since i can even remember, so i thought it’d be pretty easy due to me having an elliptical machine quite literally in my garage, so i went along with using it for the past week until it broke down yesterday, and i’m a bit ashamed to say this but i am incredibly clueless when it comes to work out practices, so i’d really like some exercises k can do as a kinda “replacement”, i basically want something that’ll keep me moving and active just like an elliptical would. much appreciated! thank u all🤩
