Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for quiet time, etsy, the Golden Girls & my therapist.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. Today I'm glad I choose to drink lots of water & I remembered my medicine. It was the right choice for my mental health to make sure I got my script & was on time for my therapy appointment.
