I can’t control myself around food

I was doing so well. I had lost 8 pounds I think and was really happy with my results and kept going. But the scale wouldn’t budge. I just stayed at around 103kg no matter how many calories I ate that day or how much exercise I did. I eventually broke down and had a huge binge. Now for the past week I’ve reverted back to my usual eating habits. I’m too scared to check the scale now. I honestly don’t know what to do anymore. I’ve tried so many times but it always ends with me binging and giving up. I can’t control myself around food. To be at a somewhat healthy weight I’d need to stay consistent for about 7 months but how can I expect to last that long when I can’t even last 2 weeks?
