I mean a person thats thin and doesn't exercise much. Maybe a walk once in a while, but not weightlifting or anything. Because every day that I DONT workout I feel terrible and like I'll never look "in shape". For example, my sister is with her boyfriend constantly so she doesn't exercise much like she used to, yet she looks exactly the same. Is it that they just dont eat a lot? Ive cut back calories but now i just look skinny fat. /:
