How are y'all getting your potassium?

Using MyFitnessPal to count calories and I am really struggling to get enough potassium and not going over calories.

I'm 5'8" 30yoF SW:192 CW:188 GW:150. Gained weight during pregnancy where I ate anything I craved for 9 months. Now 4 months postpartum with limited time to exercise and not really breastfeeding, calorie counting seems to be working to loose the baby weight since I'm already down 4 pounds. I aim for 1400 calories a day as the app recommended and my only exercise is walking at a moderate pace for at most an hour.

Anyways, for potassium I have been eating potatoes, white beans, orange juice and dairy. I like coconut water but its kinda expensive. Gonna try roasting some pumpkin. Bananas or good but often put me over my calories because they are so high sugar..

What do y'all do for potassium? Favorite low sugar options?? Does anyone supplement potassium? What do you recommend? Thanks in advance :)
