healthy recipe suggestions: hate cooking / picky eater / health issues

I am a lazy person when it comes to cooking. 50% of the time I order in and the other 50% I pop some chicken strips and fries in the air fryer or a frozen meal into a microwave and call it a day. I have health issues which usually leave me really tired and healthy eating would really help.

I am a bit of a picky eater and sometimes feel like I have a kids preferences. I only really eat chicken or turkey. Veggie wise I like broccoli, potatoes, asparagus, lettuce, avocado, raw onion and spinach. Though if you baked some tomatoes, peppers, onions, celery and carrots into a pasta I’d probably enjoy it. I’m open to other types of cuisine. Not a huge fan of spicy. I like sweets and my biggest kryptonite in all my diets has been pop.

I have tried a meal plan service before and ended up not liking the food after a while. I feel like after a while they are not fresh anymore and taste off.

Any recipe suggestions that are quick and easy?
