Hate this time of year

Well tonight I binge ate sweets. I had more in the past 3 days than I have the entire year.

I have lost 73 pounds this year. Now more like 65 just after a few days of gluttony. One of my biggest fears is gaining the weight back, quickly. I have never lost this much but have always gained quickly back what I have lost. I think the most I have lost over a three month period before gaining back is 25 lbs. The 73 lbs was over 6 months and I have just maintained for the last 4 which is a success. This time of year just kills me.

For reference I went from a 46 pants to a 36 slim fit. I am 6’1 and 280 now, was 272. I am muscular which is why the slim fit works and 36 pants at that weight. Most people guess 225.

What can I do to defeat the next two months of sweets and baked goods? My eating has been healthy dirty keto. Initially strict keto but now I do fruits and liquor.

Any mind or supplement trick advice is appreciated.
