Gettin it done!

SW 295, GW 230 CW 268 21 years old male.

Big of a brag post, sorry lol just wanted to do this. Started working out and eating better just over 2 months ago. Changed my eating habits, don’t eat as much as I used to. Had a very bad habit of eating a lot of food before bedtime and always having cravings for food. One thing that has helped me significantly was stopping drinking and artificially sweetened drinks, like diet pop. Not sure if this is in my head or not, but it’s been working for me to keep my cravings down and craving healthier options. Don’t get me wrong, cravings definitely still happen but I’m able to overcome them much easier these days. I’m working hard and can see a difference, my confidence already has skyrocketed. Actually have my first date in a long time in a few days, so I’m quite excited. Anyway, thanks for reading and love seeing everyone’s progress!!!
