I’m [25F] 5’10 and 154lb currently. I’m 5 months postpartum. Until I was pregnant with my first, I weighed on average, 127lb. In my first pregnancy I gained a tremendous amount of weight, lost it, gained some just before becoming pregnant with my second… I didn’t gain too much in this pregnancy, but somehow, my body looks so messy. As a lose weight, I’m finding more and more loose skin. I just realized how terrible my thighs look all of a sudden. My legs used to be my favorite part of my body. I’ve (sort of) accepted my stomach will always be loose, but this is just so bad, it’s not just my stomach anymore. I don’t recognize myself in the mirror, or when I look down. I didn’t understand how painful this would be.
I had a goal of 130lb-135lb in mind, but im honestly concerned about how that will look at this point.
Anyone else struggle with this dilemma or loose skin in general?
