Hello all, I could really use some advice.
I'm trying to eat 1700 calories a day as a 5'2 woman (130 lbs, GW 120). I exercise 2-3 times a week and usually I do moderate weights (~4 compound exercises per workout) and then walk on the treadmill leisurefully however long I feel like (10-60 min).
My big issue is that right now I can't even make it past 2 days without binging come nighttime.
I feel like I've tried a lot of things; IF, slowly lowering calories by 100 a week (starting ABOVE maintenance even!), going straight to a lower number, not counting cals. I found I do need to count calories or else I go over a lot, but I don't even think the number I chose is bad at all. I also try to eat mainly veggies and protein and I let myself have a fair amount of cheese. I try to limit processed food.
I think I might be seriously addicted to sugar because I will eat well all day (I do allow treats and it still doesn't help). I feel like I can't stop binging. What can I do about this?! I also think I'm generally unhappy with my work right now but I can't quit right now so how can I focus more even when things aren't perfect?
